GFP803 Precision 3-AxisFluxgate Digital Transmitter

 

Description:

GFP803 high-performance 3-axis fluxgate digital transmitter is designed by COLIY, which has accumulated more than 10 years of fluxgate digital transmitter design experience, adopts new design framework and electronic components, and is designed according to industry standards. GFP803 has both high precision, high stability and high reliability. It can be connected to computers, regulators, PLCs and display meters. It can be easily integrated into integrated systems and can meet various complex use environments of military, national defense, and scientific research.

Three-Axis Fluxgate Digital Transmitter GFP803, which adopts 3 24-bit 32ksps ADCs with dynamic range up to 158dB, could make magnetic field density directly converted into 1-channel digital signal, and digital output (RS485) rate could be set between 1sps and 1ksps. Typical applications are that geomagnetism detection, underwater magnetic field monitoring, wrapped detection, traffic monitoring, measuring residual magnetism, low-intensity magnetic field measurement, laboratory, etc.

Three-Axis Fluxgate Digital Transmitter GFP803 has two measurement ranges, which are ± 100μT and ± 1000μT, and the actual measurement resolution has reached 0.1nT within the full range. The user can select the spectrum analysis function for accurate analysis of the AC magnetic field with magnetic field measuring resolution of 0.1nT and a frequency analysis resolution of 1Hz. The accuracy of GFP803 digital transmitter is 0.2%, and the frequency response range is DC-1kHz. Built-in TI's temperature sensor with 0.1 accuracy; after temperature compensation, the typical temperature coefficient is ±30ppm / .

Digital Transmitter GFP803 can use COLIY's multi-channel synchronous data acquisition system for networking. It can run up to 128 channels at the same time, each channel acquisition speed is 1sps-500sps, and the highest synchronous acquisition rate is 64000sps.

Digital Transmitter GFP803 is environmentally sealed with standard package or deep submersible package, and the protection class of standard package is IP67. Transmitter GFP803 sensor with deep submersible package, can work underwater 50 meters, so it’s ideal for monitoring the underwater magnetic field. Meanwhile, Three-Axis Fluxgate Digital Transmitter GFP803 has passed the CE certification and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) test.

Array of Low Field Test System

The Array of Low Field Test System is composed of up to 128 high-performance 3-axis fluxgate digital transmitters GFP803, multi-channel synchronous sampling collector MSS and PC acquisition software. It is mainly used for multi-point testing of various spatially varying magnetic fields and environmental magnetic multi-point online monitoring, magnetic ship model magnetic field measurement experiment, electron microscope and magnetic resonance equipment pre-installation on-site detection, magnetic shielding effect judgment and other occasions.

The PC acquisition software has rich functions: automatically record and display the XYZ axis and vector magnetic field data curve of each measurement point; save the measurement data of each probe in real time (maximum rate 64000sps: 128-channel synchronous sampling, 500sps per channel); real time online display of the magnetic field density of XYZaxis and vector at each measurement point; spectrum analysis function (option).
