GSP303D 3-AxisDigital Magnetic Field Transmitter
Description:
With industry standard design, 3-Axis Digital Magnetic Field Transmitter GSP303D, could measure magnetic fields and output digital signals (Bx, By, Bz) of a magnetic flux density via RS485, which is easy to make into an integrated system, and able to meet the industrial production of a variety of complex environments and requirements. Typical applications are: Magnetic Field Map (magnetic field mapping & scanning system), incoming test in production line, quality control and monitoring system (generator, motor), distribution test of pulsed magnetic field and gradient magnetic field, multi-point synchronous testing of space magnetic field, material surface magnetic field detection and so on.
Transmitter GSP303D’s 3-axis probe sensor provides very high spatial resolution (magnetic field sensitive volume 0.1 x 0.1 x 0.1mm3), orthogonality error is less than 0.1o, and the thickness of 3-axis probe is 2mm, so it’s suitable for institutes, universities and enterprises.
Transmitter GSP303D's measurement range can be chosen, such as 300G, 3kG, 20kG, 30kG, 100kG, or to be customized, with a basic accuracy of 1% or 0.2%. Transmitter GSP303D’s data output rate is max 750 Samples/Second/Axis.
Transmitter GSP303D’s power supply is very unique, as 5VDC- 36VDC wide power supply. Lack of power supply or power supply equipment failure situation will lead to voltage instability, and will be likely to cause instability in the test data or hardware damage. Wide voltage power supply effectively ensures that GSP303D will work stably and has better reliability when power supply voltage is unstable.
Transmitter GSP303D can be equipped with Standard 3-Axis Probe and Temperaturesensor-contained 3-Axis Probe. Transmitter GSP303D’s typical probes adopt the instrument-grade GaAs Hall Sensor which owns a temperature coefficient of 500ppm/℃. However, Temperature sensor-contained probes (probes with built-in temperature sensor) have the function of temperature compensation, so temperaturesensor-contained probes are strongly recommended for better precision and stability when the temperature changes. Also according to the special needs, it’s possible to customize probe’s range, shape, size and cable length.
Manysets (up to 64 sets) of Transmitters GSP303D could be constituted to adistribution measurement system, which is very suitable for various magnetic field measurements, like all types of spatial variation of the magnetic field to synchronize detection, the magnetic multi-point and multi-face concurrent measurement, and distribution measurement of the impulse magnetic field and gradient magnetic field.
Meanwhile, Transmitter GSP303D has passed the CE certification and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) test.
