GSP301D 1-Axis MagneticField Transmitter


Description:

With industry standard design, 1-Axis Digital Magnetic Field Transmitter GSP301D, could measure magnetic fields and output a digital signal of a magnetic flux density via RS485, which is easy to make into an integrated system. It’s able to meet the industrial production of a variety of complex environments and requirements. Typical applications are: Magnetic Field Map (magnetic field mapping & scanning system), incoming test in production line, quality control and monitoring system (generator, motor), distribution test of pulsed magnetic field and gradient magnetic field, multi-point synchronous testing of space magnetic field, material surface magnetic field detection and so on.

1-Axis Digital Magnetic Field Transmitter GSP301D adopts unique Bypass Zero Technology and high stability GaN Hall sensor. COLIY's third-generation semiconductor gallium nitride (GaN) Hall sensor has the characteristics of good temperature stability, high linearity and low noise, and its performance is ahead of the second-generation semiconductor gallium arsenide (GaAs) sensor technology. There is no need for zero calibration, which greatly improves the accuracy and convenience of use.Transmitter GSP301D also has extremely low measurement noise that is unique in a handheld gaussmeter. When the output rate is below 5sps, the peak-to-peak noise is less than 0.05G. And it can easily measure the weak magnetic field.

Transmitter GSP301D’s measurement range can be chosen,such as 500G (50mT), 5kG (0.5T), 20kG (2T), 50kG (5T), 100kG (10T) or to be customized, with a basic accuracy of 0.2%. Transmitter GSP301D’s data output rate is max 3ksps. If the user needs a higher data output rate, it can be customized according to the communication speed of RS485.

If the probe is damaged, it can be replaced separately, which does not affect the measurement accuracy, and is easy to maintain and reduce costs. COLIY can also customize the range, shape and size of the probe and the length of the probe cable according to the special requirements of the customer. The typical temperature coefficient of ordinary probes (probes without temperature compensation) is ±300ppm/, but typical temperature coefficient of probes with temperature compensation is only ±50ppm/, so probes with temperature compensation are strongly recommended for better precision and stability when the temperature changes.

Multiple magnetic field transmitters GSP301D can be composed of multi-point magnetic field synchronous detection system, with GAS3000 synchronous array acquisition system, can be synchronized acquisition of 16 magnetic field transmitter GSP301D data, each acquisition speed of up to 3ksps, 16 total data acquisition speed of up to 48ksps. Ans it is very suitable for various magnetic field measurements, like all types of spatial variation of the magnetic field to synchronize detection, the magnetic multi-point and multi-face concurrent measurement, and distribution measurement of the impulse magnetic field and gradient magnetic field.

Transmitter GSP301D has passed the CE certification and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) test.
